the fat, black, and disrespectful lady that attempted to help me was rude, nasty, and displeased when told that her data was limited. also tried to tell me that it was possible to watch videos on 128kps before getting so mad and rude that she forced me to leave simply because I told her that her info was wrong. she mentioned working for verizon. I definitely understand why. I really don't understand how she even has a job in customer service.

I don't even Understand why would they put rude and disrespectful people in costumer service! The lady Kolleen was rude and looked like no manner how to talk to costumers! Need to get rid of her nasty attitude

I called at 6:47on tonight to get a price check on a SIM card... I was told I had to wait until tomorrow because they were closed... Last time I checked closing time was 7:00... I had a good 13 mins to make a $5 purchase and they refused to service me...
