Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. When this person answered the phone he said “hello” like he hates his life. Then I asked him to look up my account and see if I have an upgrade and he said, “no I can’t.” That’s it. Then I asked his name and he said, “have a good day ma’am.” He hung up on me. Luckily I live 2 miles away so I’m on my way there now. I will literally switch phone companies because of this HORRIBLE employee.

I was a Verizon customer for years & after research I decided to switch to AT&T. Erica helped me at this store. She was absolutely awesome & explained everything perfectly about my plan. She wasn't a typical salesperson who just tried to convince you to spend all of your money or tried to pressure you. Erica was straight up about everything & answered all of my questions. I'm so happy I switched to AT&T & I'm so happy Erica helped me!!!

This store is absolutely awesome! My parents have been with AT&T since 1999 and I have been with them for about 8 years now and we love them! The guy Fletch who is the manger is always so nice and helpful! We have been dealing with him for a few years and he is wonderful! Thank y'all for everything you do!
