I called Thursday at 5:45 for my kid’s medicine because I was told it was a special order. They confirmed that it wasn’t in store but that they were ordering it and that it would be Friday afternoon before they’d get it shipped it but I could pick up that evening. Went to pick up today and they said that I’d didn’t come in, they would reorder it and it would be here MONDAY. If you have to “reorder” it leads me to believe you didn’t order to begin with! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Pharmacist said she would check other store but only checked rite aid and the closest ones with said medication were an hour in either direction from my hour! Absolutely disgusting  experience and I’ll NEVER use a CVS Pharmacy again. You wouldn’t make a diabetic go without their insulin so why make my child go without this medicine? I’ll be calling corporate ASAP
