I don't normally do reviews, but in this case I have to. My experience with Trek of Spartanburg was second to none. All the guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. They try to get you the best deals possible and truly care about getting you what's best for you and not just trying to sell you on the most expensive bike. Very happy and blessed with my experience with Trek of Spartanburg.

Excellent customer service & support. Special ordered a bike and it arrived in only 2 days ! Fast ! Thanks to John and Bradley and all the staff were super nice and helpful. If you want excellent product and service you can’t go wrong here ! John went above and beyond expectations.

The two gentlemen who helped us were awesome. Unfortunately, I did not get any names. One of them really went above and beyond by helping us load the bicycle into the truck and ratchet strap it down. He also helped me figure out the best way to my next destination. They also took time to answer all my silly questions because I knew nothing about this bicycle I was buying for my son. I would recommend the Spartanburg Trek location to anyone looking to buy a top of the line bicycle.

Great bikes and even better customer service! Bradley sold me an x caliber 8 and a Marlin 5 and we could not be happier. It's nice to find a shop that stands 100% by their product. These guys really know bikes and love what they do. Thank you Trek Spartanburg!

The guys at this store have always been helpful, professional, and willing to go over and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them.
