I love going into this store the manager named Deandrea and a representative named Derrick are awesome they helped me with questions I had about my DTv bill and helped me get pre ordered for my IPhone X. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will always go back to this location because they truly know what the real meaning of customer service is.

Talked with a sales rep (Derrick) about getting a new phone for me and my father. I come back the next day getting ready to buy the phones on a promo they were having and he left out a crucial part of the promo about opening another line. Nice guy but inexperienced. Then talked with the manager (Deondre), told him I was going to Best Buy to compare the deals. He says "They run the same promos, so when you go and theres nothing different just know I told you so." Don't expect much out of this store.

Waited for more than 45 minutes for another rep to come in a help someone else 1st. She didn't even ask who was next, just helped the person closes to her. Waited for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to pay off a phone to upgrade. Three AT&T Reps working, three customers who came in after us left with out getting any help. Very poor customer service. Asked to file a complaint and was advised that we would need to wait for the manager to file it.

The staff here is really calm and nice. There is one employee that they have that is very knowledgeable and she is beyond amazing. She helped me with a phone plan problem that was a unique case that all the other stores could not help me with. I do not recall her name, but i think it was AJ.
