I was helped reasonably quickly by a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. He ported my number over from another service quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, he did not try to upsell me! I knew what I wanted and he respected that.

Bad place to go. Very unprofessional. All they're interested in is your money. They'll rip you off with no remorse. They will not admit their faults. They will turn it around and throw it into your face. Please look for another place to do business!!!.

I wanted to change to the 2 phone plan for over 65 seniors and pay for 6 months in advance. They took my $360 and gave me a receipt.  I have no idea if my plan was changed ?

AVOID AT ALL COST. Very unprofesional, pushy, smartass representatives that obviously don't care about anything but making a buck. I've gone to this place a couple times and every time I left with that bad-taste-in-your-mouth  feeling where you know you been treated as less than human. They will in a way humiliate you and try to shame you into buying products or services for which they leave out very important details; what it is really going to cost for instance. All you are to them is a dollar sign and they will treat you as such. At first I thought I just happen to get a bad rep, but its obvious to me now that this is the way they are trained to behave at this store. Shame on tmobile for allowing this. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE.

They will, I repeat, they will rip you off. I'm surprised corporate doesn't shut these guys down. They're pathetic salesman and are always looking for an upsell. Plus, they lie about your plan or fail to mention certain fees. They make it seem like you're getting a good deal, but when the bill comes, it's significantly more than what was agreed upon. They will add charges and fees that you had no idea was going to be included. You'll end up having to go in there three or four times, as I did just to replace a defective phone. (Make sure you see them take the phone out of the unopened box so you know it's new)!  The salesman should be ashamed, because bottom line, they know they're ripping off people.
