We've always enjoyed browsing through hest buy, and we have always had a great experience when purchasing or needing help. Staff is always around to answer questions and check in frequently to see if there are any questions or needs. We purchased a ibuypower desktop machine, and the price was very competitive and the machine seems great so far!

Generally friendly and helpful staff.  As this is part of a national chain it looks much like every other Best Buy you'll go into.  Because it is in a small city their inventory level isn't very deep and it is not unusual for them to have to order items in that are on display.

Everyone is so friendly and stop what they are doing to go help you, if you have questions they will do their best to find out the answer for you if they don't know it. Loved how they showed teach you how to use an item and if u have any more questions they will help you even tho it's not their area. Very pleased.

I went here to return a phone from Verizon. They were very straightforward and handled everything appropriately. 

Additionally, the store was pretty nice and had a good selection of games.
