Extremely rude. Arrived on Sunday 10/15 around 4:30pm. My husband's phone, which is less than a year old, had stopped charging overnight. After waiting for an hour due to them being short staffed we were finally seen to. The lady who 'assisted' us was ready to help until we mentioned we did prepaid. She immediately put us on the phone with warranty, tried to pitch us a sale for streaming services while we were on hold and then walked away when we showed no interest in that. While on the phone their warranty rep told us that she was supposed to offer to fix it in store or replace it since the phone was still new. Or he could send it in to them and wait 5-10 business days for it to be returned. Since his phone is primarily a work phone that isn't feasible. After getting off the phone we found the lady clicking around on a computer, and without making eye contact asked if we wanted to buy a new phone. When we said no, and if it was possible for the problem to fixed here she said no. Again, eyes still on her screen, body language basically saying 'if I can't make a commission off of you, you're not worth my time.' So we left. Not sure what were going to do now, but you can bet we won't be returning to this store.

Quick Summary: 1. I called 20 times until they finally answered the phone. 2. After answering my call, they placed me on hold for 1 hour and 35 minutes. 3. I placed an online order for nearly a $1,000. I just wanted to pick it up. Over a period of two days, I called this store at least 20 times with no answer. At first, I thought the phone number they are posting on Yelp, on their website, or on the AT&T website was incorrect. But somebody finally answered the phone. Since the phone works, they are not making answering the phone a priority. It appears that they are giving priority to people that are in the store. I am willing to give them 5 stars if the manager of the store does something about this. I can verify by randomly calling to make sure they answer the phone. But I need a response from the owner or manager of the business. Here are two suggestions for the business owner. 1. If your employees are busy, tell them to answer the phone anyways. Let your customer know when they can expect to get a call back. 2. Establish a maximum time on placing a customer on hold. Who am I? Just a guy who placed a thousand dollar online order and wants his 74-year-old dad to pick up the phone in the store. But your employees did everything they could to make that as difficult and as unpleasant as possible. So after 1 hour and 35 minutes on hold, I decided to hang up and have my dad go to another store. I successfully made my purchase at another store located at 2002 W Avenue J, Lancaster, CA. The people at the new store were incredibly knowledgeable and nice. As a fellow business owner, I know one thing. It's not the employees' fault. It' the owner's fault for not holding the employees accountable.

Erica was super nice and her service was GREAT!!! Just upset about the AT&T service!!! Started AT&T on January 18 and keep getting nothing but lies!!! Been told for 3 months now that they would change my billing date to the 22nd and have been lied everytime!!!! Logic says if I started on the 18th, the cycle should start then..... Duh... They put the billing cycle on the 9th.... Expected payment for a month after 2 weeks........ Today, I've been told another 3 billing cycles..... What happened to the last 3 months I was promised???? Service is getting worse than Verizon and Sprints!!!!!

This place is kind of like Best Buy, some days you can go in and there's no lines and the people are very friendly and helpful. Other days you can go in there and the line is out the door, and it seems like nobody knows what the hell they're talking about. Generally speaking it's a 50-50 shot whether or not yo get good customer service and a knowledgeable rep. It's seems like they've been getting better over the years so that's the silver lining.
