This rating is based on the service I got from KAREN, the general manager's assistant. After 4 in store visits with no luck on my tv protein claim, she took the time to handle my case and called the protection agreement department herself and got me my fair share of the deal. Noone else had the interest in helping me but her. I got my replacement tv yesterday and now I'm happy. KAREN is the person to look for in these cases.

Tried calling store three times, one call right after another, and there was no answer. If nobody answers, the phone disconnects instead of redirecting call. Very Poor Customer Service!!

if you absolutely have to buy from sears, do it online. service is horrible and most salespeople have no idea what they are selling

Terrible customer service. No interest in helping. Sat around for 30 minutes while someone was supposed to be helping me. Finally went to the back and found the persn who was supposed to be helping me and 4 other employees sitting around smoking. I asked for the manager and it turns she was there to. What a joke. Only go here if you are desperate for a good deal. They have nothing of quality. I thought Sears was better than this.
