Been here for an hour! Along with about 7 others. Nobody has even said hello, or we will be with you in a moment. So many others have already walked out. Pretty horrible service

Worst customer service ever. They sell faulty merchandise and don't offer any viable solutions to fix the issue. Employees are unhelpful and just instruct you to call customer support, who also is apparently incompetent. Hate, hate, hate T-mobile.
