I always get fast, friendly service when I've gone to this location. As is with ALL cell phone stores (especially AT&T) - if you go right when they open or make an appointment online, you will get MUCH faster service. If you go mid-day on the weekend, expect to wait over an hour for service.

I have been a customer for 10 years and this store is the slowest AT&T store I've ever been to. During thanksgiving week with deals and promotions going on there were on 3 employees, 1 with no account access signing people in, which was useless. A kiosk could sign people in and replace the individual working there. The customer service is terrible and the staff moves super slow. I highly suggest the waterfront location over this one. Currently looking to switch carriers due to lack of good customer service. I don't recommend this store or AT&T.

Sat for 30 minutes no help, not greeted at the door to be put in the walk in system. 3 staff members present. All I wanted was a new phone charger! I'm gonna have to find a new At&t to spend my money at

Long wait. The store manager doesn't help take care of people. She just stands around or hides. Never will go back to that store. I walked out

Terrible. Just terrible. My wife and I waited for nearly 20 minutes and were ignored by ALL 3 people working there. There were two other people being helped prior to our entry, but not even a glance was given to us while we waited. After nearly 15 minutes, two older couples came in and they were promptly checked in and told they would be helped in a few minutes, while WE WERE STILL IGNORED. Thanks for the service AT&T monroeville, really made it worth my while.
