Somewhat useless - I ordered a poster which I understand why they rejected as it had one copyrighted image on it. However the voicemail they left me was rude, as was the interaction when I asked how to resubmit the artwork. Now I'm stuck waiting on a refund I have been promised was "automatic" and yet magically hasn't appeared yet. This was the first time I tried these guys out after a switch from Staples. Guess I'll be going back to the slower but nicer and more helpful competitor.

I had an International rush job that was complicated. The doocuments were of a sensitive nature, and Dylan, who was the staff person tht helped me, was patient, diligent and with a great sense of humor, made what could have been a very stressful situation, not a problem. Thanks Dylan!

Cory & Paul are very rude sales associates. They work in the printing department and their customer service skills are horrible. Avoid at all costs. Do your self a favor & find a kinkos.
