No tall pants. Staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to look online for talls. Needless to say I left and sat in the parking lot and ordered 11 items on Amazon including tall pants. No wonder why retailers are closing everywhere. I was told by a sales lady that they get lot of demand for talls. Well you just lost my business.

Had my first bra fitting, the lady seem nice but then started measuring my size with my shirt and bra on. Even with the shirt removed miss measured, said I was 40 by 46. Not even measuring right spot for 2nd measurement above my breast. The insisted that I was 42 because the bras were baggy at top because I really a 38.

This was my first time in a Lane Bryant store. At first I was greeted and asked if I needed any help and she helped me with a fitting and a dressing room even suggested a few bras to try on. I thought wow this is very nice. But when I went to check out I got in line and I noticed the customer in front of me was giving her a hard time . When she got done I put my merchandise on the counter. She got rude with me and said someone else was first I said oh I'm sorry I looked around no one was before me? She actually took someone who just walked in before me and she only had a question? She wasn't even in line ,I went to the other checkout to Rachel I would of just told her to keep the five bras I was buying if I hadn't just took an hour trying them on.I asked Rachel a question and she got short with me also! I won't be returning to this store again .

Service shoddy. We were charged a different price then what was on the sale sign, and the staff gave bad attitudes when we asked for a correction.

This is my store for everything clothes! The staff is very helpful and if you know how to shop the prices are very good.
