This is a crappy store! There was booty and innaproprite content on the tv that sits behind the counter. The employees were uninthused and unprofessional- on their phones texting as we entered and seemed like they did not know what they were doing. No help was given in this visit! Do better!

Employees are lazy and need training - if you have a issues with your account you will be past around and noting will be done. I will terminate my contract with this company and will recommend never sign a contract with att - legal action need to be taken regarding this company. 

Also spoke with Ruby Haney in customer  loyalty department she was very rude unprofessional and getto att has proven they don’t care about there customers

My experience was over the phone but the rep was very rude and dry didn't even ask if i had any other question or if i might be looking for another product. Bad experience over all definitely would not recommend this place use to have a much friendly staff.

This guy is liar, not experience, and can stand for his own promise! His name is Ken (Store Manager). We were 3 brothers and we went there last month after visiting another at&t store. The first store said you cant have the plan that we were looking for because one of us was in next plan. This guy said they were wrong and you can have the plan! He also encouraged us to leave a bad review for the other store and good review for him! We got the plan and the next month, we billed for 237 dollars extra! Apparently, the first store was right and we really couldnt have the plan that we were looking for! We came back to him and asked for credit since it was his mistake not us! He said I'll credit it back (Two weeks ago). two weeks passed and we're calling him everyday and he's literally rejecting us or wont answer the phone! we texted him several times and he doesnt care simply because he doesnt want to pay for his mistake and he wants us to pay! Today is the due date of our bill and he's just disappeared! He's a liar, not experienced at all and he doesnt want to pay for his own mistake! After writing this review, we're filing a complaint to at&t to make sure same thing is not going to happen for the future customers.

Lawrence promised me a lower rate then what I had a Verizon. Price wasn't as promised. Also got stuck paying to cancel my own lines with Verizon. No switcher credit was ever given. He promised to adjust account and never did as promised. Been stuck calling At&t customer service every month to adjust account since feb in 2016. Would be leaving as soon as contract ends. Great sales men but scammed the hell out of me. Don't fall for it. Call customer service instead.
