Visited this Sprint Store around 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon. It wasn't very busy and there were three staff members at the front door to greet us. Ta'kya was very helpful and added a new Galaxy Note 8 to my Flex Lease plan (half off, no less) and added a new line to my plan in no time. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly! I highly recommend this store.

I went in this evening to have the screen on my phone fixed. I was told when I handed over my phone that it would take about an hour and a half, so I left then came back. Upon my return, I was told my phone wasn't ready. No biggie. I expected a delay. Minutes later I was told by a female associate that the tech had left for the day due to an emergency, but that my phone was still in the back I waited 45 minutes, well over 2 hours from the time I dropped my phone off, for the same associate to tell me that my phone was a mail-in and it had been sent away! She was incredibly rude and even made comments about me to other customers IN FRONT OF ME!!! The gentleman couldn't keep his story straight about the tech not being there, to my phone being in the back, to it being shipped out. After a couple minutes I was told that my phone had been in a box in the back this whole time, but they couldn't take it out and give it back to me because they didn't know the protocol. The ASSISTANT MANAGER could not even be bothered to come over and apologize for the inconvenience. She walked around the store, talking to her associates, but not once did she walk over and ask what the issue was. So I finally get my phone back. Just a basic "Here you go" was all I got. No apology. No attempt to rectify the situation. Cut to now at my home where I'm trying to reset my phone after they had me reset the settings. Those idiots took out my SIM card! Did they bother to check it was in there before I left? NO! I don't think I have ever received such poor customer service as I received tonight.

I don’t usually give reviews, but I do want to say I had great customer service here. Both Marvin and Manager Lee were great! I definitely recommend going and letting Marvin get you all set up!!

I literally never leave reviews but I felt compelled after my visit today. I came it after severely damaging my phone; I needed to file an insurance claim and have it replaced (I could've done this online but thankfully I came in to the store). I was greeted immediately and told I needed to call to file a claim. The associate (I wish I would've gotten his name - later another employee referred to him as a technician but I'm sure there are many) got me connected with insurance. He checked on me during the process to make sure I was good. I got quite the run around with two separate people from the insurance company when trying to file the claim and was initially denied (the insurance company said my phone, an iphone 7, had not been in use at the time I said I damaged the phone BUT it definitely had been). Long story short, I talked to another male associate (again, I wish I would've gotten his name) who verified my information with Sprint and got on the phone with the insurance company himself. Once he spoke with the insurance company, the process went seamlessly and I will have a replacement phone over the weekend. He could've easily just told him to relay the information back to the company rather than taking the initiative to get it done and I really appreciated that. Moral of the story, this situation could have left me feeling INCREDIBLY frustrated if it weren't for the help of the associates at this location. THANK YOU.
