Just switched to AT&T and we are loving it so far. The staff is great and very helpful.

Store manager lied to me when I broke my phones screen. Said if I had insurance. He'd give me a new one on the spot. Went home found my bill. The rep added the fee without me knowing. I went back. Associates looked at me like I was nuts. Saying, it's not possible. And they can only sell me a new phone. The manager text messaged me. Denying the whole thing. Wimp wouldn't meet in person. Take my warning. They are shady and their services are too much. I went with T mobile. I pay $100 for 2 lines. I was paying att $200 for 2 lines. Their stocks going down. I wonder why. Poor customer service. And isn't very competitive with the market.

In and out quickly, fairly knowledgeable staff, wished they had a 1 way left only light in this plaza, drove past 3 times, stopped in once; each time there was a 3-4 car accident.

This is a larger AT&T store. They always have SIM cards, and do not charge you for them. They have activated every device I have brought though the door, even if the do not sell it.
