Go see Dean! Awesome service and a big help

I entered this store wearing my Veterans Sweatshirt at 6:59pm. The salesman Charles was advising another customer that they had run out if time. I spoke up indicating I had a quick question to which I was informed I had 1 minute to ask it. The salesman never got to hear my question as my response was never mind and I left the store. I had been informed that AT&T had a lower family plan than my current Verizon however I would have to purchase AT&T phones since they were not able to use "verizon" phones. Therefore my simple question was I wanted to know if it was true that I would have to purchase all new smart phones for my family. Although Verizon plan is higher in money ~ pleasant and friendly customer service is priceless. I'll be staying with Verizon. .Thank you for making my decision Charles.

It's a nice store, the products are stocked well.  The staff is well informed, but not very professional.  Went in to shop/browse at some items I needed for personal and family usage.  Staff seemed like a boys club and used foul language that turned me off right away.  Won't be giving them any of my business if they can't behave in a professional manner.  Go elsewhere to the Destiny store or the store a bit further north in Cicero.

If you need a phone replaced, you are sent to their main location on the boulevard because they "can't do that" at this location.

Very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend going here in lieu of some of the larger locations as they are very willing answer all of your questions without making you feel like you are a nuisance. It may require you to wait a little as there are fewer employees but it is worth the service.
