Have been a long time customer of a nearby store for years-- we have found a new home for our wireless needs. The staff at this location is honest - approachable and down right fun. Mike has become our "go to" and we have been back 3 times now --he always has suggestions and tons of patience. He really knows his product. The manager Nicole is also very supportive of her staff and they all really seem to enjoy working together. Great store

I enjoyed my experience today with Nicole at the Verizon Wireless North Syracuse store. I was considering leaving the company ,however, she was eager to solve the problem and reviewed my account. She was able to save us money and the option to purchase new phones. I am committed to this location !!!!!!!

Been going to this cell store for years. Now owned by Go Wireless but still selling Verizon products. Went in to get a tablet today with something specific in mind and a salesman named Mike steered me to a better tablet for a lot less than i anticipated. This salesman was very informative and ill be going back very soon for a couple new smartphones after hearing the promos going on right now. Thanks for the help and professionalism! Highly recommend this cell store to anyone looking!

Verizon is going to have one less costumer soon. I am sick of feeling like a fool everytime I pay this crazy amount knowing that there are cheaper plans with similar carriers .my bill has a bunch of little charges that add up then to pay my bill I am then charged 3$ for paying cash
