I Went to this store and switched from sprint to  Att 11 months ago ( worse decision in my life). I was told I was going to get reimburse $200 per line to switch to Att. I paid the total of $600.00 to sprint. As of right now they still owe me $362.00. They keep  blaming each other for the mistakes and keep telling me they will show the credit on my account the next two billing cycles its been almost a year now. If you are  thinking of switching to AT&T please don’t do it. Avoid headaches, wasting time on the phone and going to the store. After you became a member they don’t care about you because you already agreed to the 2 years contract and you have to stay with them.  I t was not fair for me to waste $362.00 I could had buy food for my kids with that money. Please .  DO NOT Switch to this carrier.

Fui a esta tienda y cambié de sprint a Att hace 11 meses (peor decisión en mi vida). Me dijeron que iba a obtener un reembolso de $ 200 por línea para cambiar a Att. Pagué el total de $ 600.00 para canbiarme con ellos  A partir de ahora todavía me deben $ 362.00. Siguen culpándose unos a otros por los errores y siguen diciéndome que mostrarán el crédito en mi cuenta los próximos dos ciclos de facturación han pasado casi un año. Si está pensando en cambiarse a AT & T, no lo haga. Evite dolores de cabeza, perdida de tiempo en el teléfono e ir a la tienda. Después de que te hiciste miembro, no se preocupan por ti porque ya aceptaste el contrato de 2 años y debes quedarte con ellos. No era justo que gastara $ 362.00. Podría haber comprado comida para mis hijos con ese dinero. Por favor . NO te  cambies a este proveedor

Large store with plenty of space.  Good selection of products to check out.  Staff is friendly.  But if you are unlucky and go at the wrong time you're wait time is going to feel like forever.

Mixed service. Sometimes the customer service reps are spot and and fantastic, and other times I've gone home to realize that the changes that they said they made to my account never took effect.

Went 3 1/2 weeks ago got AT&T 22 gig unlimited for family....they convinced me into getting Directv and wi fi...well sales associate promised me she'll be on top of installation and she would see if an open would be sooner cause it was 3 & half weeks for installation well she did nothing  and I was waiting today day of installation since 7 am appointment was from 9 to 1 pm.....never showed up.then got text. At 10am that they were here to reschedule.....i was mad called AT&T direct tv ...all they can say is sorry waite till tuesday......my mistake I cancelled spectrum and took all equipment back yesturday....no Wi-Fi no tv .....wow .....oh was on phone for over 2 hours with them ...and I even went to AT&T on la habra on imperial hwy.....No results just talk and but of course ..im sorry.....the same associates

The head manager is so unfriendly and impersonal. He shows that he is so not interested in your needs. They also messed up my billing and added two ipads and activation fees which I never purchased. I admit that other crews are nicer than the head manager though. I wish that I can give 0 star.
