Shopped online, and went for Free Pickup. They had designated parking for online shopping/pick up. When facing the building it's the Doors on the Right (North West). Walked in, the pickup counter was Right There, on the Right!! Not in the back of the store like some other stores!  Waited for like 2 minutes. Showed my Confirmation email, and I think I only spent 4-5 minutes in Total!! It was Really Organized. Employees were Efficient and Not screwing around or chatting it up.  I would definitely do this again!  I Was Really Impressed with How Easy the whole process was !!!

I went to return items I bought from Amazon, they were fast and gave 25 percent off whatever I buy from Kohl's for every item I did teturned.
There is a wheelchair entrance.

Good for shopping clothes for kids.
