I was so impressed by the customer service I recieved at this Staples location. I sent over a print order, the program for my grandmothers memorial service, and there was an issue with the font transfers on the PDF. When I went to pick it up the whole order was printed wrong. My heart sank. Nadine, who was helping me, not only replaced the paper we provided, but fixed the order and really saved the day for myself and my family! She was so helpful and kind. Full of gratitude for the way she made it right and provided excellent customer service, thank you!

The reason why I’m leaving a 1 star review for a location I generally never had a problem with is because today I felt discriminated against. I went in to buy my usual supplies but my debit card has been acting up lately and was giving me problems. So I let the sales associate Rosalie H. know that I will be paying in cash. I gave her a few $20s and she then proceeded to check every single bill. I couldn’t help but feel like my race had something to do with it especially since I’ve never had a problem with this staples up until this point. I don’t believe I’ll be back anytime soon until you fix issues like this one. I was even dress up in my office clothes and was polite the whole time. Sorry staples you get 1 star from me.

While the helpful and earnest people in store have always been good to deal with, this is just another example of B&M stores that have outlived their usefulness. One Hour pickup? A FANTASTIC idea in theory, but in reality nothing but basic retail bait and switch - and frankly it's deceptive, and misleading. Not ONE time has my order been ready within an hour, not once. Not once even TWO hours. When you go in to pick up, the poor folks who work here have no idea what to do. Expect to use many expletives before giving up while trying to understand the barely audible "customer support" person the store people call on for help. Amazon knows how to do this. click. Deliver. No hassle. Staples has no clue. A plus to Amazon is you will never endure an hour of waiting/stalling, only to give up in disgust.

Line at print service Long. Lady behind counter chatting away. Your printing service can be picked up later for less premium charge, but she never offered this service to me, automatically charged highest amount later found out I was charged for express service when I wasn't really in a rush.
