I am a manager at a fast food rasturant and i know how customers can get sometimes and I always send my customers back with a smile. I never complain but this incident got me in shock. I went today after work around 4 in modesto on hatch. One of the girl, instead of helping me was being very rude and disrespectful. I was trying to ask her for help but she started arguing and saying that she is right and I am very dumb to understand what she was trying to explain. When I asked to talk to the manager, she rolled her eyes and went to get her manager. America Laura, the manager comes out and when I discussed with her about her employees behavior, she didn't apologize and said what can I help you with. When I talked to her about my problem she started ignoring and said there is nothing she could do about it. Now, I know where the employees got the attitude from.  Even though the problem was not even that big. It was fixable but she just wanted to be rude and disrespectful. It is the time that someone needs to step up and look into the matter and see how they treat their customer. It is unbelievable that I am paying for my services and treated like I am nothing. Just to let you know that it was fixable and they did fix it for me with the smile on their face and said it was nothing big. And they apologize for your rude behavior and they did not have to do that. They were in shock to hear that even the manager couldn't handle the situation. I will not be returning to this location nor my family or friends.
