I went from Sprint to T mobile ... I loved Sprint but hated the fact the with the I phone you can not be on a phone call and use your internet at the same time unless on WiFi ... it became very inconvenient.. although I loved the Sprint employees on Mitchelle rd in Ceres .....  So because you ARE able to use both features at the same time with T mobile is why I transferred... The T mobile store on Hatch rd in Modesto which is where I transferred over was great ... All employees very nice and Evelio the manager who helped me was great ... Thank you !!!!!

This place is has horrible customer service! They try to over charge you for everything! I went to get simply a phone and they were pressuring me to get so many things! $120 for a screen protector and a case! I got that for $15 on amazon! Also they were pressuring me to get road side assistance for $150! Not only that but they were making me feel bad about not getting a memory card! One worker made the comment " your not gonna buy a memory card? But the other phone you had more memory?" Overall don't go here if you dont want to be over charged.

I went from AT&T to Sprint then to T Mobile! The people at the store in Ceres are wonderful they helped me get a great deal. Thank you Alex and Brian!

Compliments to all the reps at this store, they sure teach ATT,Verizon,Metro and everyone else how the customer service should really be. I can really mention any empliyees names because they are all the BOMB!!!
