This store is completely worthless.

 I went in to pre order the Samsung S9 and was told by multiple employees I would be given a $300 trade in credit. Then, when I actually ordered the phone, all the salesperson did was direct to buy the phone online myself, they didn't actually do anything.

 So, I eventually receive the phone and go to the store to trade in my old device. I am then told that I would only receive a $200 trade in credit. I talk to the manager and find out that this is in fact the case and there is no way for me to receive more than $200. 

Either the sales people lied to my face or they were completely ignorant of their own promotions. Neither of these is acceptable.

The most unknowledgeable people ever. They lied because they didn't know. Spoke to the customer service people over the phone a d they took care of the situation less the five minutes over the phone and I waited over an hour in the store for them not to be able to help.

Some of the folks here are really nice. One of them remembered me from the last time i went in for help. Can't think of her name but she was very nice and knew what she was doing

AT&T sales rep opened up the door for us walking from the parking lot..  Then things got even better.  The sales rep was very proficient with the phones,  the procedure to transfer data from old phone to new, everything.  Always go to cell phone stores from the cell phone company.  Not authorized dealers.
