Came in to buy a fast charger for my phone, but my phone is finicky so i wanted to speak to someone to help me pick the right charger.. Ask 1 person and he said he would get the person who worked in that area... i waited 20 min to no avail so i walked out the store.. they need better customer service

Was wandering around the cell phone area obviously looking for a specific item for almost 15 minutes before any sales associate asked if I needed assistance. If they had been with customers it wouldn't have tweaked me but they were just chatting. The associate that finally asked if I needed help was with a customer but finished with that customer before assisting me. Kudos to this gentleman. At least he was legitimately providing customer service while I wandered.

Basic Best Buy, no frills. Was there to purchase headphones while no one asking me if I needed assistance or if they could help with anything. Good thing I went in already knowing what I wanted, because no one was getting their lazy asses off their chairs.

Was looking for a specific television that I saw on the website so I ventured to the store where I live. I walked through the doors no one greeted me. I walked to the section where the televisions were located. I proceeded to browse trying to find the one that I saw on the website. I browsed for like 15 minutes and couldn't find it. I passed by the person that worked in that department about three times. Not one time did he bother to ask if I needed any help. I felt like that was poor customer service so I grew disgusted and left. Mind you I am currently taking a customer service course so I'm more observant than usual. Not one time did any of the employees engage me, a potential customer.

Chad and Nikki at the cell phone service  counter really went above and beyond  to help us out. They were patient and  informative about everything we had questions about.
