If I could give less than one star I would. My husband brought in his iPhone 7s plus due to it not responding. No physical damage to it and it’s under a year old. Guy literally put it on the charger and brought it back out and said it was the battery. Hm okay. So we go to Best Buy they were great help. Got an Apple representative on the phone for us and we were told to go back to this location to get a replacement. Once we got back to this store my husband was laughed at and told he “couldn’t” be helped. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous to be treated this way.

The representatives at this store are fantastic.  They were an amazing help when my phone messed up.  They were able to get me a lender phone ready and get my phone sent out and repaired in no time.  Some of the best service I've ever had at a Sprint store.  April was especially helpful in getting everything set up!

Ok, most Sprint store are not really fun places to visit.  They either are not overly helpful or try and sell you on things you do not want.  This one was the exception.   The man that helped us was friendly and not pushy at all.  He also did not try and over sell us.  Recommended if you have Sprint or are thinking of them.
