Started dealing with this store last year for my business account.  While we've had some problems the staff and store managers have always made best effort to resolve those issues.  I've been very pleased with my experiences there so far.  Do make appointments if possible as the store can get very busy at times

AUGUSTA GEORGIA AT&T IS THE BEST..EACH EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER DESERVES 5 STARS EACH.  .MANAGER JARRED AND OTHER EMPLOYEES are AWESOME, FRIENDLY,  AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Came in  And got my mom a router for Christmas. I was told this was the newest router on the market long story short it was 2012 router. Came back to return it had to sit an hour and a 1/2 before I was able to speak with a representative..... Customer service is so slow no sense of urgency in this place

The wait time is always long. Once I waited for over an hour just to be seen. Customer service sucked. They don't explain all the details of your plans and push you to sign up or buy things you don't need. They are truly about just making money and not helping people.

I walked in and two women looked at me the one lady said no,no way and walked away.All I was doing was paying my bill,I have not even spoke to anyone yet ,in case I was rude and I understand when you work with the public you got to read people,,,I was in a good mood so that lady was definitely not right to treat me that way
