Staff really knows the info behind the items and they are very eager to help. You can tell they enjoy talking about the items with the customers. It's a really great store if you are intrested in alternative music, anime, and anything pop cuture! A+++ :)

Employee there with piercings all over her face was swearing "f*** this s***" and "f*** her" about another employee who worked there while my 11 year old was waiting for a dressing room.
After 20mins of waiting in a line for a fitting room, I asked her again if someone is still there. She laughed and said "no I was waiting on you". I told her to stop wasting everyone's time and to hold her employee convo for another time because I had a kid with me. She huffed and walked away.
When my kid asked me to check out his shirt I came in and literally that second she came banging on the door like bambam and was yelling, "only one person allowed " over and over again. I opened the door and she had run off again. Really ruined my kids excitement, and he was embarrassed, it was the only store he wanted to go in too.
She had a really bizarre attitude, like okay you want to be edgy really bad sweety but save it  for when you're outside of your retail job! A 30 year old acting a fool with middle schoolers around.

I always enjoy Hot Topic. This specific store has some very friendly (and helpful) staff. There's almost always a buy one get one half off sale or some other type of sale so you can binge buy your fun anime/pop/etc shirts and items.
