The person that helped me was very honest and helpful. I would give her 5 stars. Although I have been here quite a few times before and two visits before the person that helped me was not friendly or knowledgeable. I think it's the company that has changed. The only reason I chose at&t was because I already had their service and convenience not for any special deal or added value.

I made an appointment online, once we arrived for the appointment on time we waited less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend making an appointment, you may have to wait a little but not as long if you just walk in. 
We went in over the weekend and the service was nothing less than excellent!!! We had a phone shipped to our home but needed help with the upgrade and moving some of the data over to the new phones. Johnny worked with us and never once did she make us feel rushed. Johnny is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.

Went in a couple weeks ago and this review is late. Kendall helped me and he was great!! Helped me upgrade my phone and even got me a tablet with a large screen since I needed one for my son who has bad vision. He also had a lot of patience since my 3 year old son was running around the place like crazy. I'll always go back to this store because of the great service I get and I think it's better than the Victoria Gardens store!

This AT&T store is always squared away. They work fast and are super friendly. Def a store of choice when going in to do something.

The staff was outstanding at this location.  But customer retention group and helpfulness of ATT has been terrible for last 4 months.  Never getting things right.
