They have a great selection and great prices. The lines were longer then necessary because of the 4 lanes open only 2 customer service people were actually working. The other two were basically goofing off. I would shop here again after deciding if I had the time to wait iine

Purchased a LG gas rang from Sears grand $1400 they didn't Hesitate it take to take my money .4 months old heat sensor goes out.no problem under warranty. 6 months later same problem. No warranty. Called Manufacture to get answers on this problem. Will fix no charge.Sesrs should drop LG and all other products made by them. If it goes out again maybe I'll send it back to Korea. Dot buy LG.

Sears & Kmart's are failing because they lost sight of the importance of good customer service. People, to with including myself, don't want to & don't have to return to a store that has crappy customer service. The cashiers shouldn't be having personal conversations when there is a line of people waiting. The cashier should not be drinking a can of Monster while she should be assisting you. If you don't care...why should I?

They will cancel your jewelry lay away and not give you your refund, I've been waiting more than 2 months. No one answers the phone, you get disconnected, they will ask for your name and number and no one calls you back. HORRIBLE customer service, do not ship at the Rancho Cucamonga location. I now understand why people are so angry. Must be easier to file bankruptcy than provide good customer service, 50+ years of being a Sears customer down the drain, will shop elsewhere. Will be spreading the word to not shop at Sears!!!!!!

Been shopping at Sears for over 30 years had many receipts for appliances cloths, tools, and even a engagement ring, you name it...the Manager wouldn't even exchange some shorts I bought that we're the wrong size because it was at 34 days and they have a strict 30 day policy for refunds and exchanges...R U kidding? They deserve to go under blowing out a customer for such a small deal like that...Good luck Sears
