Great fast reliable service. The only sprint store in the area that you can still pay in cash. I look at all the other stores around and they only take credit the employees at this store are the best sprint store employees and will help you get the best deals on the new Samsung 9 and sprint store accessory

Fixed my phone. Saved me from buying a new phone. Great staff. Nice building. Brand new and so many people to help you. Definelty will recommend go here and go back.

Waited 45min to give this place new positive income by switching over to them from at&t, no help at all. Apparently sprint doesn't want new customers. 3 sales reps, 6 people waiting behind us. Watched the manager tell another customer he can go ahead of us then told us he can't help us after walking out of the backroom with another employee.

I will never go in this store again! I went in with a real phone issue and I was not only treated rude (one female employee stayed on her cell phone the entire time I was there, about 45 minutes, and ignored me when I spoke to her), I was charged double! Before they had a complete personnel change, they did everything they could to save me money, but now they do all they can to screw you.
