Came in today, because I had issues with my AT&T bundle. Mario was very helpful and professional, and was able to resolve my issues. 
Kudos to Mario, one of the best AT&T reps I have ever dealt with.

This store will sell phones with future financial obligations to kids who cannot legally commit themselves to future payments.  Then of course to try and resolve the issue both the store personnel and the customer service personnel will run you in dozens of hours of double talk and non information.  So disappointing that businesses like AT&T operate in such a predatory manor to minors.  I would not let anyone under 18 go to that store without supervision.  Be careful.

Horrific customer service. It felt like a back alley, shady drug deal working with these ex-convicts. Buying a phone should not be this unpleasant.

They say whatever it takes to get you to buy products and don’t follow up with what they say. Everyone I’ve talked to says different things in this location, I would not recommend shopping here.
