Great store!!!
Great customer service!!!
Needed replacement phones due to phones being old.  Nothing major. Had no trouble with transferring apps contacts etc.  Fabulous process. A first for me with the the transferring of data.
Verizon sucked!!!
Evan Rivera  was PHENOMENAL!!
Terrific service and totally awesome conversation about music!!!

I've been a loyal customer to this location I used to love the customer service back here. Ever since Sean left everything change new sales people started coming and instead of helping you out with your needs and concerns. They rather sell you stuff and fall for it, they change your plan without your consent. Manager never seems to be around.... Don't waist your time here... Need to find a new tmobile shop!

I recently upgraded & hated the phone I had upgraded to. Went in to this store to switch it out, both Adrian & one of the managers (can't remember his name, possibly saturo ? Something along those lines) were SO helpful! I had my sleeping toddler in my arms over my shoulder so Adrian did his best to make the exchange SUPER quick. Thanks guys!!
