I live near this store, so I use their services often, and they've always done a great job. The staff is always friendly, there is rarely a wait. Recently I sent in a print job and had a misunderstanding with the order and the print department, but the manager Robert was very gracious and prompt about sorting everything out. I would definitely recommend this store.

I have ordered printing services a few times from this office max in the past, and they have screwed up every one, including my order today. The first 2 orders they just plain lost. It wasn't in their system even though I had a receipt and a pickup notice saying the prints were ready. They tried to fix it in store but since I did not bring a digital copy of the documents, they could not reprint them. They also said it would be a few hours to reprint, but I was already on my way to a convention. So much for on demand. I hoped they had time to train people, so I decided to give them another chance. Today's order was printed on the wrong paper (which they said was because someone put the paper in the wrong bin in the store) and they cut all the posters into pieces 'because it looked like the design was supposed to be cut. I didn't have a note to cut it, and they did not ask, they just did it. Again, they offered to fix it with an hour or 2 to reprint it, which again I did not have time for. Last time and this time cost my business a few grand in total even though the prints were only a few hundred. Don't get your printing stuff done here.
