I had an appointment at 6pm and arrived about 5 minuets early and before two other women did in which my name was on the board to be called before them but after waiting 20 minuets and both those women being helped before myself and one of them were a walk in I walked out. I made an appointment for a reason, I did my research before going in and knew what I wanted so I wouldn’t take up so much time but both women jumped as soon as a sales associate was done in which they didn’t even refer to the board so why even have appointments or a waitlist?

We were not welcomed at the door; in fact, the "greeter" did not want to make eye contact, spent most of his time telling us what we couldn't do, and reluctantly finally gave us an appointment for 4 hours later that afternoon.  We have bought 4 phones at this location in the last 5 years, but will go elsewhere today for a new one.  Perhaps AT & T should spend more time training their "greeters" how to deal with the public.  This was not a good impression.

This so called at&t needs to be shut down. If you want first class customer service step right up. We bought two iphone x’s from this jerk offs and we clearly told them that we don’t need a sim card for them and sure enough this incompetent f-ks screwed up but also wasted my time as well. And the bald freak of a manager takes the employee’s side. What an a-hole. I’m switching all my line to t-mobile or verizon.
I was a customer for 9+ years and they just showed their true color. 
PEOPLE DO NOT SIGN FOR AT&t .THIS S.O.Bs DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.

My Husband & I Came Here Tonight 9/18/17 To Order & Go Over The New Iphone 8/Plus & To Buy An Ipad. Jose Was Our Rep & Let Me Just Tell You All He Was Amazing. We Loved Him. He Was Patient, Kind, Funny & Totally Helpful. He Probably Could Have Sold Me On Anything Because Of His Personality. Such A Pleasure To Work With! I Will Always Request Him Now & I Hope He Never Leaves Haha. Thank You Jose!!!!
