The customer service was fabulous.  The jewelry was organized to find throughout the store and I recommend this place for all.

I am, by my own admission, a Shopaholic...or a shopping guru. Either way, I just discovered Charming Charlie. I swept through that store and grabbed up so many great deals that I had a bag full of great jewelry. On sale of course. And it all came to about $50! I'll be going back regularly!

I have never been so horrified by a retail establishment.  Earlier today when I was in the store, a woman, who appeared to be the manager,  was so incredibily rude to an extremely pregnant young woman who was at the checkout counter, that I was absolutely apalled.  Not only that, but as the young woman was leaving the stoe, the same manager actually started talking about her in a derogatory to another customer.

Under no circumstances will I ever set foot in this store again, and if I were that customer I would file a formal complaint with CC corporate office.
