I always go to this location for all my cell phone and mobile needs. The staff is always friendly and the customer service is great. They have a pretty big showroom floor where you can find the right phone for you. Definitely recommend this location over any others in the area.

Employees here are running scams trying to force you to run credit for phone payment plans. They refused to sell me a phone outright despite me bring a loyal customer for 14 years. Went to the other att owned store by the mall and purchased my phone no problems. STAY AWAY.

So ridiculous!  If you call this store they will never answer the phone!  So if you need to purchase something and are trying to see if they have it in stock, you have to physically go there.  I choose to go somewhere else with my money.  I see they have LOTS of one star reviews over the past few years and they obviously do not care to change anything to make their customer service any better.  Sad.

Very rude, didn’t help with my phone at all.  Just continuously tried to sell me tv and internet despite my area not having it.
