Terrible customer service, walking in on a Thursday afternoon ready to purchase a new phone & plan both employees “working” were sitting down in the middle of the store playing on there phones. None of them bothered to get up to greet my mom and I. Started to ask questions about current available plans and they continued to be on his phone...really makes me question the management.

I purchased a phone from Best Buy what a mistake that was after my 15 day period The phone started messing up they didn't even want to take a look at it. I went to AT&T  at Paddock Mall and they were very helpful they fix the problem no questions asked they were just happy to help out. I'm very happy with the customer service at AT&T in The Paddock Mall!!!!! Great job!!!! That is the reason why I stick to AT&T phone service

Went in to file a claim as I have insurance on my phone but the sales lady was to busy playing on her personal phone and told me she couldn't help me. Worst customer service award here.

It is incredibly sad to see such blatant lies in the previous reviews. One lady here said poor service. The funny part is she was in store the same day as I was and let her child run wild as she demanded to cut in front of me. Another stated the store cut off their phone. I don't think the store has that ability. In pretty sure that's the company and customer care who handles that. Anyways, This store is amazing. Ally was an absolute delight and Chris, the manager, is a great asset to the company. He patiently went well out of his way to help me with a minor issue and showed me some great features to a phone I just purchased at another location. All while some rude lady was pushing to get In front of me. I will be going to the mall from now on.

I went in looking to purchase a new phone, and having only one sales associate, I can understand not being helped right away as he was busy with another customer. Though, I was not greeted, not even acknowledged, and I spent a good 10-15 minutes walking back and forth from the different phones, while another customer was being helped, and the customer that was there when I walked in return, to which the associate called out, "Hey, welcome back!"

Unprofessional, unkind, and he missed out on an opportunity to make a sale. Just go to T-Mobile.
