I have never had a problem there always busy when I go in which to me is a good sign. I've never had a problem with service there very informative and do there best to get you the best buy. I have been using T mobile for 4 years always satisfied with service and any issues that have come up been handled in a timely and appropriate manner. Left Att in which I had plenty of problem horrible customer service.

After being ignored at the AT&T store I figured I'd try out T-Mobile to look for a new phone. A sales associate by the name of Brandin helped me right away, very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. It was nice being a priority and being shown such amazing customer service. I strongly recommend these guys, no doubt.
