My mother went in to today to pay a bill and cancel my dad's line since he passed away this week. Jose, the customer service representative that asked her what she needed told her she could use a self service kiosk or call. He seemed like he couldn't be bothered by her. Maybe because she didn't want to buy anything, I'm not sure. When someone tells you what they need and why you help them. My mother worked for AT&T over 7 years and has been a loyal customer since 2000. I'm highly dissatisfied to be writing this review for a company that we have believed in and trusted for so long. He couldn't even say sorry to my mother, let alone help her with her needs. I highly recommend you take your phone needs elsewhere, even if that means driving to Turlock or Merced. Their employees need to learn compassion and a sense of decency because they absolutely have none. Thanks for nothing, JOSE.

Always lying about features and benefits of certain programs. In this case digital life and insurance. They said digital life comes with 500 gigs. Which is not true. Also they convinced me to change my insurance plan with false information. They said I could file a claim up to 5 devices a year with no prorated costs because it's a family protection plan. False. I filed one claim for a phone that wouldn't hold a charge (that was ok). A month later one of my tablets in the plan stopped working and I filed a claim and they wanted to charge me full price because claim "should've filed 6 months after first claim". So what happened to the damn " up to 5 claims a year?

Horrible customer service! Car charger I purchased with new phone does not work properly. It's been a little over a month sense I bought it. Noticed it would go on and off while driving and if I had it plugged in while using gps app. battery would drain and not charge. My wife's car charger will charge phone and my son's, so I know its the charger. I, we spend hundreds of dollars a year with AT&T and they will not switch it out for me. Saying, "we can't duplicate the error in store". What ever happen to Good or any customer service? I would duplicate an error if i returned for new contract at the end of this one!
