The staff were friendly, but the chick that helped me added a hidden fee of course... it's called a Set up and Go fee. 19.99. I called and complained, and of course the guy that picked up gave attitude. Stick to a corporate Verizon store - like Turlock.

Horrible!!!! I went into the store to ask about switching my AT&T iPhones to Verizon and was told by Oscar that wasn't an option. He told me I would have to purchase new phones with Verizon. I went home and purchased 2 new 128GB iPhones online and requested to port over the numbers. After receiving and activating the first phone, I was told by Verizon customer service that I didn't have to purchase new phones and could have transferred over the AT&T phones. I am now in the process of returning the recently purchased Verizon phones and then will transfer over the AT&T phones. So, a week later I've spent numerous hours and lots of money unecessarily just because this store wanted to make a sale. Don't ever go to this store or trust what they say!!!
