The service that was given to me at this location was excellent which is the most of the score in which I am rating it. But and I do understand that this is not anyone's fault but the product I was looking for was not available. If the products that I was in search of were available then it would be receiving five stars. Also part of the rating is to do with the amazing organization. Everything is well sorted and easy to find.

Your regular gamestop same as always. Clean, cheap, full of games, consoles, remotes, headsets, plushies, gametoys and maybe more

they fooled me at first i thought this place was great with friendly and helpful staff. until one of the staff named Kevin screwed me over and sold me a deactivated card that did not work at all. even when he took a previous card i gave him that was also deactivated the next card i gave him he still had an unsure look on his face while trying to activate the invalid/deactivated card. but still sold me the supposed activated card. when i went home to redeem it it said invalid i went back the following day to try to get a refund and they couldn't give me my money back so i ended up losing 30$ never going back there! this all happened on 5/12/16 at 7:52
