When you are not coming in at a very high volume time you're able to see a representative within 5 to 10 minutes or less most of the time I come in if it all I see someone immediately like the time they were nice enough to put a screen protector on for free that I bought elsewhere. They do offer alternative solutions and encourage you to buy more services from you just like any other company but they do it in a passive way so you're not feeling pressured to buy. I enjoyed the store and I'm looking forward to the gig a fast offering from AT&T thank you AT&T

I have been to this store at least 4 times for the same reason. i wanted to add my brothers number to our family plan account. The first 2 times I was sent back saying that the ATT server was down. Btw I had to wait half an hour each time for them to tell me this. The next time the person who helped me says that it cannot be done and I have to do it over the phone with my brother in conference call. And when that failed the store manager added my brothers number to the account after working on it for 1hr.!!! The service is terrible and no one knows what they are doing.

This is the second time this year that the credit card reader  and twice today that it will not accept my c c. I called my C C company and said it is AT & T problem 
 that it would not accept my Card, I used it 1 hour early at Denny  and no problem. it like it is trying to stop me from using my old styled cell phone.

Never answers the phone. It's a phone store.
