The staff was friendly.  Here is why I gave it 2 stars. 1st time at the store to upgrade my phone. I knew what phone I wanted. I didn't waste time shopping around. It took me an hour and forty five minutes. I felt bad because it was 8:15 and they close at 8 PM. The other staff were cleaning up and asking if it was cool to leave. I could understand if I had to wait but I was helped as soon as I walked in. The man who helped told me about auto pay and I would get a discount when I enrolled. Great! A discount is always good. So I signed up. Now there was not much on my phone to transfer. I had already removed everything I need before coming in. I still can't believe I was there so long. 2nd time there I went in to ask about my bill because I received two bills with in days apart.  Again friendly staff. Was helped when I walked in. This time I was only there an hour. This time it seems like the rep did not understand my bill either. She keep telling me the samething. We went in circles about the fees. She even broke it down on paper so she could understand. After all said and done the man that helped me the first time did NOT inform me that they bill one month in advance. It took rep over an hour to tell me that. The last issue after I left the store. I went next store for a bit and when I came out to my car it was about 7:45 PM there were 2 AT&T employees outside one on was sitting on the roof of a car and the other was standing there. The conversation they were having was about his work performance and that he takes too long and needs to be faster. I heard all this while getting in to my car. Issues like this should be handled in an office, in the back of the store anywhere else but outside. Very poor management skills.

went into the store to start a new family plan wanted to get 6 new phones waited for 40 min for someone to help me no one did this store is horrible will be going to sprint

Had an issue here so I called corporate.  They called the store, spoke to the manager, and assured me that my situation* would be taken care of because it was well within their return policy.  Returned to the store, and the SAME manager who spoke with corporate would not help me.  Another manager came out (higher up on the pole) and basically agreed with me and said it was within their policy to accept the return/exchange.  

The workers/managers do not know what they are doing.  There are other instances where I have had issues with a simple problem and they were unwilling/untrained to help.  Never have a problem with signal or any of their other services, just STAY AWAY from this physical store.  General manager is very helpful and knowledgeable, but I find it unreasonable to have to speak with a manager just to have someone do their job.

* Situation is as follows : Ordered new phone on website, arrived faulty.  ATT policy is you can exchange/return the phone at their store within 14 days of purchase for any reason (I think my reason is pretty solid).  I had the phone for less than 24 hours.  I did get my replacement phone after 45 minutes of arguing/waiting thanks to the general manager.

Called to file a complaint and got a sales pitch from the guy taking my call while the "complaint was processing".  Tried to sell me a tablet and upgrade my U-Verse TV package.  Very professional though, but needs to work on the sales pitch.  "Sir do you like sports?  Because with this package......"  Hey at least he tried, right?
