Nice young lady that works in there, otherwise, it's just a Sprint store.

What they don't tell you is that service hours close at 6, sometimes earlier. You can make an appointment on the Sprint website, but they don't take appointments here. They are aware of the issue and unapologetic about the fact. The website had me at an appointment at 6:45. When I showed up they told me service hours had been over since 5:30- they closed early it seems. They basically told me I was out of luck. Latest in a long line of bad experiences here. You'll probably have better luck at another store.

Amazing Staff, Amazing Service, Amazing Store. This is one of the best Sprint Stores that I have ever dealt with. The staff will go to any lengths to insure that I am Very Satisfied. They are well trained and always make me feel welcome. I recommend this location to all my friends. The new manager Hubert and his staff Vince, Alex and Erik and terrific.

I LOVE COMING TO THIS STORE, EVERYONE BEHIND THE COUNTER KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT. THE LINE IS ALWAYS LONG, BUT VINCE, ALEX, BRADLEY, WILLIAM, AND GERARDO ARE THE BEST.
