my 2 year old samsung galaxy 5s active was having some software issues. Turns out, denying the updates and not having enough space for the updates created an issue of my phone restarting. Went in for help. They suggested I purchase a new phone. Turns out the phone just needed to have space freed up. Go somewhere where they  care about the customer, not just selling phones.

My husband went there with my phone to switch service to AT&T. The guy was hesitant to process my husband's request. He tried to talk my husband out of receiving the service, my husband stated it was as if he didn't want to do his job. Customer service now a days kind of stinks.

Manager was rude. Misleading in their promotional ads to switch.

Better selection of devices than most other stores, and is much larger than most other AT&T stores in the area.
Staff aren't always the best and may not be as service oriented, but don't typically try to push their sales on you as much as some other stores in the area.
