It is what it is. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. It's not because it's bad service... It's Because they give each customer all the time they need. No rushing you to make your decisions. They Explain everything thoroughly. Been a T-Mobile customer for many years.

Great staff but often times understaffed. Can get very busy with long wait times.

They have been very helpful. Never felt to pressured to get anything I did not need or want. I always come back to this store.
