Best buy is my adult play ground. The Samsung display area is nice and the man usually there (I'm horrible with names) is always more than happy to answer questions and just chat with you. The employees 'sorta' know what they are talking about when it comes to the products but don't ask too many questions from the spec sheet or they'll have no idea. Have had no problems out if this store but there might be a day I walk around with a sign on me that says "I'm fine and don't need you to ask if I need help" :)

The sells people that are in the back are for the most part intelligent of what they are trying to sell you in regards to computers, some though are only trying to sell you something you don't understand. If you want some real advise ask for John when it comes to computers. He is a sharp cookie. Product wise they are getting into the gaming market more and more so you can pick up some pretty cool Graphic Cards. It's generally pretty clean when I go there. *Also to note, people who aren't idiots here like to be treated like normal humans, just because they are selling you something does not give you the right to be a prick.

Friendly and knowledgeable didn't not hover around us but maintained a presence. Much improved over ten years ago when every step in a best buy was met with sales rep asking if you needed help

My sales associate was very helpful. Credit card approval was fast and easy. Left with my new lap top and microwave in less than an hour.

Love how attend I've the employees ate with me and they go the extra mile, means so much to me, thank you all! Rebekah was very helpful in the geek squad section, ask for her!!!
