I was so impressed with the young man Robert that helped me to get a new phone new service and saved all of my information. I sat and relaxed as he took care of me in a very busy atmosphere. He was calm as I was upset with my other provider and he gently calmed me down and told me not to worry he would help me through it all. Moving from Oklahoma to Colorado and no service off grid .... I now am able to take care of everything now. I felt that he was one of the most polite service person I have came in contact with. Please tell him thank you from me....

The lady who helped us was very nice but must have not known what she was doing. Her name is Patricia. She made my 3 phones on separate plans causing my bill to be over $300 a month. We were supposed to be on the unlimited plus plan which would have made my bill $190 but we got the problem fixed by calling customer service.Update: We went back to try and upgrade my dads old phone to another newer dumbphone refused to activate it but sold us a sim card. The reason this is a problem is that the sim card is useless because it was activated in store so now AT&T is rush shipping us a good sim card. I will never go back to this store again they are a bunch of scammers who don't know what their doing.

Was misinformed about the total bill and monthly payments. Service with at n t is not as reliable as tmobile. Really regret chamging services.

Brandy was very nice and helpful with my mother's phone issues. Great service from a phone provider!
