Story

Way back in 1977 we pioneered video field production in the Delaware Valley, offering then state-of-the-art RCA TK-76 portable cameras and JVC 4400 U-matic decks.

Since then Videosmith has continued to be a pioneer in the ever-changing world of motion imaging; introducing 1” Type C, Betacam, Digital Betacam, and MiniDV to our region. A few years ago we made a giant leap forward with the premiere of the Canon 5D and RED cameras.

And now, in 2015, Videosmith is proud to introduce the spectacular Arri Amira Premium and Panasonic Varicam 35, supported by the amazing Zeiss CP2 Super Speed lenses, and the new lightweight Canon 17-120mm and Fujinon 19-90mm Type 2 Cabrio zooms. This gear is changing the very nature of image production in revolutionary ways.

But the heart and soul of Videosmith is, as it always has been, our staff of dedicated professionals. Chris Cerasoli and his team are here to assist with all your production and rental needs, going that extra mile to ensure you’re thoroughly satisified.
